Expand-a-band breast compression top is soft on the inside, yet grippy enough to help prevent hematoma and/or lymphodema that might occur after breast augmentation, lumpectomy, or mastectomy. This binder is super-easy to manage, but I think after breast surgery, one should insist on having a friend or partner bring tea and dress you in this corset-type thing, like you live in Shondaland or something. 🏰👑 Seriously, after the post-op wraps and sterile gauze strips, this frilly compression top is a welcome change. I am about 37 inches around (big ribs), and even after a mastectomy, this Large binder was plenty snug. Very gently used. Velcro and elastic in great shape. No tears or stains and straps are still in the package.
