NWT never worn women's size 6 Do+Be mini cactus print dress with cutout shoulders. There are sleeveless straps on each shoulder accompanied by a hanging sleeve on each arm to get the cutout effect. The dress is lined so it's not see through. It zips a little over halfway down the back.
