Very high quality pleated knee length skirt (just above knee on me 5,5) I’m traditionally a size small, there is a good amount of stretch in the waist band! It could be worn with or without a bustle. Worn to Dapper Day, in great condition! One run in fabric on side of skirt, starting from side seem, going towards front. Hardly scene unless you’re looking for it. See photo! Rip in tag as shown.
