This is a lovely lace button-up white that has an attached tie around the neck and rose decals on the chest. It is see-through and has minimal streach. This would be perfect with a pencil skirt or black slacks for work or any work casual occasion. tag says it is a XXL but fits a US 12/14,; I would say it fits closer to a size 12 than anything.
