measurements please. also is it washable?

@tracypisani this cape is measuring approximately 28 inches across at the waist area, about 31 inches long down the front. About 17.5 inches from collar to end of shoulder area. Hope this helps. And yes it is machine washable. I would recommend hang drying it rather than a dryer. 😊
