Pullover style, one modesty snap to keep the front together, large elastic band on back hem, and side tie hem. The elastic here seems to have a twist in it, I have not figured out if I can straighten it out, I wore the way it was because of othe drape of the top, and the fact that the band is only across the back, it just didn't bother me.
