sunnymaye Is that meant as apres Ski pants? Or does it have special material? Does it run normal or small? Could u add the measure of the waist lying flat? Thank u very interested

xxtiffsterrxx @sunnymaye Sorry I didn't see this comment earlier! The waist laying flat is about 13 1/4 inches across. Runs a bit small because it's slightly insulted or puffy. It is from the apres ski collection, but I don't actually ski so I don't know how functional it is. However, there are loops at the bottom for your feet so that it keeps your pants in boots. The material is kind of like a type of nylon so I believe it is water resistant but not water proof. Hope this helps!
