For anyone trying to buy newly listed khaite boots at lower prices, please be wary of certain scams. There have been many accounts where it’s a variation of a several full names - the differences being an underscore at different parts of the username. There would just be a few listings, mainly Khaite boot listings. Also, they seem to have joined recently (Nov 2024) and likely have no shipping time updated yet as they have not yet sold anything. It is very possible that these are being shipped though - apparently there are many reps on sites like A E and D H G. Please familiarize yourself at what shows up on those rep sites so you know which models are less likely to be authentic. Stay safe!!!

mvp1784I feel like this is always an issue when companies become too big to be able to properly vet who is on here. Etsy has the same issues, they used to be all about small businesses and makers and now there are so many people doing shady things and scamming people, like saying they are local but really items ship from other countries, and putting up pcs of elegant items but when you receive them they look nothing like the pictures. I agree on the tips above

studiozimaOf course. I’m really sorry to hear and hope you got your money back. I’ve seen so many of these listings sold. Sometimes I’ve seen them shipped too - these would likely be reps sent to unknowing buyers. These accounts don’t get taken down even if you report them. Not to mention I’ve seen even more sophisticated scams on other platforms where these sellers have sold hundreds of fakes. Please take care!

jojoflashopHi. I just got scammed on fake KHAITE boots, I should have known! they smelled like petroleum, they are not even leather, and I just reported it to Posh Support. It's a shame these items are out there, and I aim to out all the fakers!
