Features a v-neckline, defined smocked waist (no interior ties for cinching), dolman cut sleeves, wide paneled design with no side seams at the bust so it's wide open. Maxi length. Slips on. Comes in true blue color with white floral print. Made from a very lightweight poly knit material. Brand Charles of California Tagged size medium but please refer to measurements in photos for accurate fit and note the smocking is pretty stretched out C O N D I T I O N Great overall condition with the exception of the smocking being a bit stretched out and might need to be replaced. There are also 2 light spots but not noticeable when wearing.
