Early 2000's. 88% Rayon/32% Metallic Yarn. Great Drape. Side Seam are Asymmetrical. Shorter more 'boxy" fashion trend as was the trend in the late 90's and early 2000s. Slight dolman Rolled Sleeve is tacked in place as original. The garment is quite heavy will naturally drape based upon construction. Seams have recently Been reinforced. Original Owner.
