Beautiful spring summer dress in a pale blue/grey made in a viscose blend lightweight gauze, fabrication. The ties on the shoulder are adjustable, and the ruffle can either be worn up on the shoulder or around the arm. The skirt is partially lined. The waist has elastic. OAL 58” from shoulder with ties tied at 5 inches on the front. Can be made longer or shorter by adjusting the ties at the shoulder. Bust is 13” on the half Waist is 13” relaxed, not stretching the elastic. Excellent used condition. Can either be hand washed or dry cleaned.
