Vintage Victorian Brass Cameo Brooch

Vintage 1950s Brass and possibly Black Celluloid plastic brooch. Back is stamped with pat. 2066969, which I believe pertains to the clasp, rollover type fastener that is on the back. Patina is present due to the age of the metal. Gold tone is aged. Interesting 4 Claw like feet of brass hold the plastic cameo in place. Such an interesting brooch or scarf pin.
