bjlovechild1957Hello there, I purchased a "Hello Kitty" charm on your show last evening for $3.00 can you please direct me to the receipt or the refund? I can't find the sold charm however my card was charged. It was sold by/from posh_4_fun. Thank you.

bjlovechild1957@zeezee2000 It was your show and you ran the bid. Can we please settle this like the honest ladies we are and leave support@poshmark.com out of it? If you all don't want to sell the charm refund my $3.00 Ty

zeezee2000@bjlovechild1957 It was a share show and I was not the seller. Poshmark will tell you this. I ran over 500 items last night that were NOT mine. That’s what a share show is. You have to contact the seller. I can only control items you purchased from me.

zeezee2000@bjlovechild1957 There were 100 different sellers in the share show last night. I do not have access to their items or closets once the show ends. I hope you understand. The only way to resolve this is to reach out to the seller. Go to your likes. You should see the item and who you purchased it from. Then go to that closet and reach out to the seller. Feel free to share this message with Poshmark… I’m a Posh Ambassador and they will tell you this is the procedure/protocol.
