Born on the Upper West Side in the 60s, they grew to cult fashion status in the 80's. Frequented by celebrities in entertainment and fashion, Charivari secured agreements with all the couture designers of the day and added their own brand, Sans Tambours Ni Trompettes. This piece was purchased at Trillion in Palm Beach in the early 80's. It was worn and laundered once. Excellent quality. No rips or stains. It is marked as a small, as it was meant as an oversized shirt, but it fits like an extra large
