This skirt is in very good condition and it comes from a smoke free home. It is fully lined. And it is a Lightweight wool. It is size 12, the waistband measures 16 inches across and it measures 21 1/2 inches from the waistband to the bottom of the skirt. There is about a 3 inch area of the hem where the stitching is loose. But the hem still in place. Please see pictures.
