Dramatic gold tone multi strand necklace from circa the Sixties. Gold tone in color with five novelty chains that get progressively longer as the necklace goes lower. The first and second chains have interesting pendants. One is made of glass and has an intaglio vibe with a cameo / silhouette carved into a smoky-topaz-rose colored glass in an elaborate round setting. The second pendant is a swiveling oval gold tone piece with a coin face on one side and some hieroglyphs on the other--- this one can actually be removed with the clip-clasp it hangs from. Each chain has little round smoky-topaz-rose colored glass circles set within its length. Back of the neck hinge clasp. In good vintage condition. Manufactured by Goldette and most likely designed in New York and made in Rhode Island, U.S.A. Incredible piece that can add great style to your look!
Measurements:
