1990s Linda Allard for Ellen Tracy 3 Button Blazer. Made in Korea Softer than soft brushed cotton/spandex blend. 97%Cotton 3% Spandex Fully lined 100% Acetate. Side slash pockets. Straight fit. Falls below the hipline. Subtle shoulder pads. Fully lined. Flat back. Slit cuffs.
