Pink layered tulle with velvet accents, bow & straps. Flat measurements: Armpit to armpit: 13.5” + darting Waist: 11.25” Armpit to hem: 45” Great vintage condition - some wear to the velvet bow (see photos), otherwise no flaws noted.
