nycwears Horrible experience. The shoes are completely unwearable - the seller didn't describe the major manufacturer's defect. Then the seller refused to come to a reasonable solution, and Posh CS is completely incompetent they didn't even read the issue correctly and prematurely closed the case. I even offered to buy something else that actually works. The seller knows exactly what they're doing so do yourself a favor and avoid the headache - just buy from someone else. BUYERS BEWARE!!
