is there elastic in the back l. if not can I have tye waist measurement please

@coolcole7070 yes, there is and it’s still good. Waist measurement flat and unstretched is 16.5. Elastic gives it a little more room but hard to say how much since it only stretches in the back but it looks like almost and inch. It’s such a gorgeous dress!
