70s Vintage Sandine Originals Black Velour Maxi Dress with Shirred Bust

This is a gorgeous 1970s vintage dress made by Sandine originals and sold at high end department store i magnin. The dress is made of a black velour/ velvet like fabric. It is a sleeveless maxi dress with shirred bust and bright embroidery along the neckline, waist and bottom in blues. The dress zips down the back. Overall in good vintage condition with no major flaws to note. See measurements in photos for best fit - the bust is flexible due to the shirring. Approx a small to Xs.
