It is in nearly perfect condition with the exception of some minor water marks on the bottom of the handles. Clean striped lining with large zippered flat pocket inside and hook closure. tra2020 @annmrack I am truly not trying to be rude but the pouch was not added to the Neverfull until 2013 which is why it doesn't have it. As for it being sold for less in 2010, that isn't really how this works.
