is a 9 in Hartjes equivalent to a 10 in US sizes?

@cspike thank you. would you be able to take a picture of the writing that is on the inside side of the shoe. Hartjes sizes are odd. I have a pair that fit well and I would like to compare those numbers to see if these would fit. TY
