The sash is sewn in next to the zipper on each side of the zipper so you actually pull each sash side over to pull the zipper down all the way. Measurements: About 14 1/2 inches across the front of the waist Pit to pit is about 16 1/2 inches Length from the hemline up to the front neckline is about 34 1/2 inches. There is some stretch in the fabric It is a nice quality cotton fabric with some stretch to it.
