It is a sheer material with so much character… The top has Diagonal Ruffles and goes up into a neck that has an appearance of drapey fabric and a functional tie on the side. It unties to put it on then retie it to your preferred tightness. The waist has a wide waist that has ruching on the sides & drapey in the front and the back is a wide elastic band. (I took washed out pics as well so you can see details, one pic looks like there is a white streak, that is the white closet bc it is sheer.
