This charming serving platter is from Porzellanfabrik Victoria Schmidt & Co. Features a delicate floral pattern, gold trim, and a soft ruffled edge. The mark indicates that it was made between 1891 -1918. While this piece is marked, Carlsbad, Austria" - Carlsbad (sometimes spelled “Karlsbad”) was a town located in Bohemia, which was part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire at one time. Measures approx. 15-1/2” long and 9” wide x 2-1/4 high at handles. In good vintage condition. The pattern gold trim is still bright however there are a number of small black marks as seen in photos.
