Beachy vacay dress with a tie back and fun print!

How cute is this dress?!? I JUST got it in the mail from an online boutique and unfortunately it’s a little too snug around my waist, I can’t zip if fully up. I’m typically size 6 or 28” waist. I plan to order the medium because I love it so much so just looking to sell it for what I paid (on sale which is why I can’t return). Very comfy, love the tie up back, the lower half has a back zipper, and the print is quirky and unique. Good length, flirty movement, I’m obsessed! The top is roomy for me as I have a small 36a chest so I’m definitely going to need to have the medium altered. The sleeves are meant to sit at the edge of the shoulder like on the model. This is a must need for a fun beach vacay!
