Black maxi tiered summer dress 100% cotton w/ ruffles accenting the straps, elastic waist stretches easily to accommodate up to a 30" waist. The straps aren't adjustable. Size small, Saints brand. Worn twice and in great condition. It's a simple dress but made from luxe cotton and it can be styled so many different ways! Note: The hat isn't for sale, and the sash shown in some of the photos is a WHBM scarf and is sold separately (see my listings).
