As you can see by tag, it is new with scattered defects. Defects include some missing beads/ embellishments, fraying stitch in various locations of dress. In my opinion, nothing is obvious unless carefully inspected. This is THE brand that was popular for twenties fancy dresses before The Great Gatsby even was released as a film. I bought it above rack price on eBay over a decade ago, when it was hard to get. Hard to come by these days, especially brand new! Have kept in packed away and was hesitant to sell it….
