1960s Black Vintage Men's Look Fedora Style Formed Felt Hat Feathers Brimmed

A rounded formed 1960s vintage high fedora look men's style black felt hat with feathers trim in the front. It can be worn two ways. On the top of the head, or tilted forward as in the 40s. A round small turned up brimmed heavy felt hat. The crown is pleated and formed similar to a mans fedora. A felt piece holds the feather which are black, red, white and brown. Some are pheasant feathers. A felt hatband runs around the hat. Unlined felt with a wider ribbon inner hatband. Sylvia label and a Union label. One size. It will not pull down but be worn as shown.
