I find pre owned garments & up cycle them with patch fabric, buttons & trims. Not always perfect, just fun stuff to wear if you dare. This one started out as a junior size 11 gored skirt. Has a slight hi-low raw edged hem. Interesting shape! Gathers at butt, ruffle seams in back. SHAPELY! Laid flat- waist 16.5” Length is 21” front & 25” back. You might be able to hand wash, wrong side out.
