This is a gently worn Spell Rhiannon Maxi skirt. It’s tagged as a small, but it’s stretch and can also fit a medium. The girl I bought it from removed the tassels because she kept on accidentally snagging them (the tassels weren’t functional, unlike most of spells skirts)😓 I wish she would have at least save them) Measurements are taken while item was flat Across the waist ~ 14” - 17” Length ~ 37” I’m considering trading this.
