Yes, of course, 100% authentic, Gucci tends to run slightly large. I wear size 8, and these fit fine.

@chrissy_bunny Originally, the description stating the shoes run small was from Nordstrom and a general statement about Italian shoes. I think they are a true 7.5. I have deleted that description.
