Sleek gray Apt 9 dress pants- EUC except discolored cuffs

Gray Apt 9 dress pants with belt loop, button, zipper, and 2 metal clips to close. 2 working pockets on the back, and the front has one fake pocket, and a pocket that is partly sewn shut (which would prevent coins from falling out). 64% polyester, 33% rayon, 3% spandex. Has pale discoloration of both pant cuffs. But these pants are so tall, you could pin or sew them up a bit, and the discolorations would not be visible. If you do that, they'll go to your ankles if you are about 5 foot 7. Without that, they would do that for someone about 5 foot 8. Other than the cuffs, excellent condition!
