Would you say this runs smalls or is it flowy?

I think it runs true to size. It's big on me and I'm a solid size 2 in Doen. I wouldn't say it's flowy though. Meant to be more fitted through the middle. The measurements are on the Doen website if you search under Florencia dress. Probably best for a size 4.
