Basset Hounds Modern Painting Mixed Media

Excellent pre-owned condition. No stink, stains or flaws that I can find. Really cute modern painting of 2 basset hounds. This painting is numbered but I cannot figure out who the original artist is. Some copies I found were signed, some were not. This appears to be signed by "Timothy." Piece is modern in style with mixed media used- a piece of carpet is used on a nose as well as a piece of fabric on the other dog.
