This is a beautiful short Roper top it will come to the top of your pants. It is a size small. I have only worn it a few times. It is a vintage top. I bought it in the 90s. It is still adorable. I wish I could wear it now, but it's too small for me. The measurements from arm pit to arm pit is around 18 inches The measurement from shoulder to bottom of top is around 18 inches. The top does not stretch. Thanks for looking
