Vintage 1976-1995 Slouch Lamp Hat Brown Crused Velvet and Felt

Vintage ladies hat by Momentum and made by the ACTWU-Amalgamated Clothing & Textile Workers Union, so that dates it after 1975 and before 1996. Measures 8” diameter 23” circumference with some give. Rich coffee brown and so soft! Great condition but has been store and needs some reshaping. However, no rips, tears, or repairs.
