Black diamond solid sterling silver cat pendant & chain

This is a super cute black diamond solid sterling silver cat pendant & chain. I’m guessing that the diamonds are lab created but they could be natural. I’m listing them as lab created. The cat pendant measures 0.75 inches long and is stamped 925 on its back. The chain is made of solid sterling silver too. It measures 16 inches long and is stamped ITALY and 925 on its catch. They weigh 3.1 grams together. In excellent vintage condition.
