These are super cute & in great condition! They are pull on and have an elastic waistband. The bottom of the flair legs have functional gold buttons. They have seams on the front & back. They are cuter than I can get a good picture of! They have stretch to them. The waist measures 19 inches, rise is 12 inches and inseam is 30 inches.
