Hi! Bust measures 38 but has an elastic back so stretches to 40.5. Dress is made
of 100% cotton. And so it the lining.
Never been worn. No marks or discoloration. Hoping this helps

Is 60”. However the spaghetti straps can be lengthened by 6 more inches if needed
