This is classic, zeitgeist Anthro from 2010. If you’re an Anthro collector, or if you missed this piece when it first came out, this is for you. It’s a bubble skirt with a bow shape at the waist. The color is ecru or eggshell white, almost beige, with black stripes. It has that classic shape with a whimsical edge that Anthropologie used to be known for before they left their vintage looks behind. Personally, I love it. I’m just not wearing it, so I’m open to offers. No flaws that I can see. It’s in excellent used condition.
