lfeybusch @ptcounselor it was only hemmed but let me get you the measurements The off the shoulder cap is meant to bell out a little just fyi this is so you can move your arms lol. It is made that way as the seamstress said it makes the dress comfortable Also the clips on the train were all replaced with better clips so that it will not detach once clipped in

ptcounselor I am still very interested if you can measure the waist and chest. I can have a seamstress take it in if I need to. Maybe a pic with a tape measure across?
