Vintage Mexican Hand Tooled Leather Purse Handbag Cowhide Western 1970s

This beautiful vintage handbag features a unique tooled leather design, with a raised dancing couple detail on the front in a stamped/embossed finish.  The bag features a raised design on the back of a round Mayan pattern with cactus accents.   The bag has a rectangular shape with a brass tone turn lock closure and a top handle made of genuine leather in a warm brown color. The bag is medium-sized, measuring 14 inches in width, 10 inches in height, and 8.5 inches in depth. The front also features brown and white print cowhide that is framed in a tooled leather frame. This handbag is quality western wear that highlights the culture of Mexico. The interior is a lighter leather and features inner pockets, dividers, and a full zipper closure.  The bottom is a checketed leather pattern, and it has metal studs for protection.
