NWOT Forever 21 Striped Ruffle Button-up Blouse | 3X

Pretty blue striped button-up blouse with ruffle detailing! This blouse is made from a nice, lightweight material which makes it great for spring and summer. It also has v-neck collar so this blouse can be paired with a white lace camisole underneath for an extra dressy-but-casual touch! I love the shade of blue in this blouse but I felt like the ruffles were too much for my shoulders. It was only tried on and washed, never worn, and it just needs to be steamed or wrinkle released!
