This fun & beautiful chocolate brown leather pochette/fanny pack/bumbag was purchased in Australia while vacationing there. I’ve never seen so many zippered compartments on one of these pouches before - there are even two small zippered compartments where the belt meets the bag making a total of 5 zippered compartments! Plenty of room for all your necessities. The bag has “Australia - discovering the Reef down under” very subtly written in gold on the front. It is very lightweight and can be worn around your waist or over your shoulder like a crossbody bag - see photo. The bag measures: 9-1/2” wide x 4-1/2” heigh x 3-1/2” deep. Excellent condition as only worn twice.

aletaa@alice_anne_abcz Hi Alice, just got home and searched this fun bag. I unzipped every pocket and looked at every seam, but cannot find anywhere a stamp or label saying genuine leather. However it certainly feels and looks like leather. I also added a close-up photo of one of the zipper tabs giving the name of the brand which is “R-bag.”

alice_anne_abczThis is just my opinion. Everything looks too much the same. Real leather usually is less even. However, real leather is also stamped and colored so it can be very hard to tell. Take brighton for an example. They used to only use genuine leather. However, now they have switched to manufactured/vegan. Sometimes, they still use genuine leather, too. I always check before I purchase something. Real leather becomes more beautiful with age if cared for. Substitutes do not. Thank you, Alice Anne
