Hand-crocheted sweater made from second hand yarn.
This piece is made from second-had yarn bought at local thrift stores. With this unique way of sourcing my materials, I work to reduce the environmental impact of my pieces as much as possible. I embody the ideals of slow-fashion with my work and hope to bring attention back to handmade crafts.
The yarn used for this project was the Caron Colorama Halo Yarn. This yarns is 71% Acrylic, 18% Nylon, 11% Polyester. Machine wash, delicate cycle. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Do not iron. Tumble dry delicate or air dry flat.
