Good evening!!! I had to log out of show just now. So if you answer in the show I won’t hear it. Not sure I can stay. Super tired tonight lol. I work for American Airlines and with the incident on Wed it’s been an emotional week…..
BUT How do I know when you are on each night? I was trying to figure out when but couldn’t find that info? Is there a way to know ahead of time so I can be ready and log in right when you start??

Hi. I waited almost 4 hours for my items to come up in your show this morning only to see them disappear from your tray. When I tried asking about it multiple times, no one would respond. Its one thing if I accidentally missed my turn or if there wasnt enough time, but being flat out ignored is totally different. Its hurtful. I just wanted to know what happened instead of being left there waiting thinking my stuff was still coming up when it wasnt even in the tray.
