Measures about 19 inches from pit to pick. The bottom of the blouse measures just about 20 inches. There is tulle underneath the shoulder pad to keep the shoulders puffy. The lace is sheer at the chest. The blouse up back and there are two buttons on the high lace collar. The body of the blouse is a lightweight, sheer woven cotton. The bottom of the sleeve where your wrist would be is very fitted.
