A most interesting rhinestone is set into the antique filigree. It's clear rhinestone with black on outside facets. An amazing artifact! Look closely at the antique (glass!) cameo on this Steampunk brooch, it's over 100 years old, a molded glass cameo hatpin topper from the 1800s, set in aged gold tone brass filigree with tiny "paste" rhinestone at top--a very strange and unique detail, don't you think?--. Set on a heavy gold tone abstract piece (80s), one large vintage black faceted black glass stone added. Good quality pin back with working safety catch. The back is decoupaged with a floral. This is a big (see ruler shot) heavy large brooch, best on blazer or coat or corset. Has a Steampunk vibe. It's preserving an unusual antique piece.
